Do you clean rental and managed properties?

Regularly. We already look after rental properties for Harrison Hardie and their landlords. We are used to agreed access, empty properties and invoicing to an agent rather than the occupier.

The property is empty much of the year. Is that a problem?

Not in the least. We clean from the ground and need no access to the inside of the property. As long as we can reach the windows, we can keep them clean whether anyone is there or not.
