How do I get a window cleaning quote? 

Contact Emma in the office by phone or email. We can come out and meet you to discuss your cleaning requirements. Or you can email us photos of the job you require a quote for. 

How is my quote sent? 

We will email your quote to you. Please check your spam box as they sometimes like to go in there. 

How do I pay my window cleaning bill? 

We take payment by direct debit, debit or credit card after the clean is complete. You will get an email on how to set up your payment once you have confirmed your clean.  

How often should i get my window cleaned? 

Our window cleaners work on cleaning cycles of every 6 or 12 weeks. We can also create a bespoke cleaning package to suite your requirements. 

How do I know who’ll be cleaning? 

All our team members arrive in a branded van, wear professional branded clothing and are issued with photo ID cards for your peace of mind. We even tell you their name before they arrive, so you’ll always know who we are. 

What areas do your window cleaners clover?   

We are based in Evesham and can provide window cleaning service in Braodway, Evesham, Chipping Campden, Moreton in the Marsh, Stratford upon Avon, Bidford on Avon, Honeybourne, Hampton, Winchcombe and any of the surrounding villages. In Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Warwickshire and North Cotswolds

Yes – we pride ourselves on our commercial work being to the same high standards you’d expect in your own home 

Are you trained and insured? 

We have been fully trained and continue to attend courses in cleaning using water under pressure. We have £5 million public liability insurance with AXA for your peace of mind.

Will the chemicals used in patio cleaning damage my plants? 

All our technicians are fully qualified and COSHH compliant. The chemicals we use have been tried and tested for specific use in exterior cleaning. Used the correct way the chemicals will not cause any damage. 

We clean shops, offices, estate and letting agents, residential apartment blocks, residential care homes, doctor’s surgeries and other medical practices. Will the chemicals used in exterior cleaning be safe for my pets and family? 

While the cleaning process is taking place, we require all pets and children to be kept indoors or away from the area being cleaned. Once we have finished the area will be safe for use. 

Will pressure washing make a mess? 

In short yes! It’s a big part of why people would prefer we do the job, but don’t panic, we promise to leave your property as clean and tidy as we found it, if not more so. We treat your property as if it were our own. 

Why should I choose a professional to pressure wash my patio or driveway? 

Pressure washing can quickly become a science project without proper experience. The surface, cleaning product, pressure and type of pressure washer you’re using all play a vital role in providing the best cleaning results. Also we can clean up everything that needs it.  

How often should I get my driveway or patio cleaned? 

Although this is something that may differ from one situation to another, it is generally recommended that you have pressure washing done on your property at least once every two years and in some cases, on an annual basis. One of the factors that can help to extend the amount of time between pressure washing is the chemicals that are used during the process. Without some of those chemicals, a problem with mold and mildew is going to resurface very quickly but those chemicals help to keep the problem from becoming an issue for extended periods of time.
