WINDOW CLEANING IN CHIPPING CAMPDEN
Window Cleaning in Chipping Campden
Specialist care for listed Cotswold stone properties
Chipping Campden is one of the loveliest towns we work in, and one of the most demanding. Honey coloured stone, leaded and sash windows, listed frontages and properties tucked away down alleyways that no van will ever reach. We run five regular rounds across Campden and its surrounding villages, so we know these buildings and we know how to look after them.
Five regular rounds across Campden and its villages
We clean throughout Chipping Campden itself and across the villages around it, including Mickleton, Weston Subedge, Blockley and Ebrington. Five separate rounds means our team is in the area regularly rather than making the occasional special journey, so your clean happens when it should.
It also means we already know the awkward ones. A good many Campden properties sit behind gates, down narrow alleyways or along footpaths where there is nowhere sensible to park. We are used to carrying our equipment the last part of the way, and we would far rather do that than tell you a property cannot be reached.
Listed buildings and old Cotswold stone
Much of what we clean in Campden is listed, and old stone asks for a different approach from a modern estate. Leaded panes need a light touch. Original sash windows and their frames want care rather than force. Soft stone sills and mullions will not thank you for aggressive treatment.
We clean from the ground using pure water poles, so nothing leans against your stonework and nobody is climbing about on a listed frontage. Our team is trained in lead and sash window cleaning, and we are fully insured, which is the first thing any owner of a listed property tends to ask.
Part of the town, not just passing through
In Campden itself we are trusted by Cotswold House Hotel and Spa and by Campden BRI Group, and we clean for the local cricket club, which we are proud to sponsor.
Just along the road we look after Broadway Tower and the Farncombe Estate, two of the best known addresses in the north Cotswolds. Work of that kind is only ever given to people who can be relied upon, and we do not take it lightly.
Every member of our team is directly employed by Cannins, fully trained and uniformed. We never use subcontractors, so the person on your property is someone we know and vouch for.
How we clean your windows
We clean using purified water fed through a telescopic pole and a soft brush head. The water passes through filters that remove the minerals which cause spotting, so your glass dries naturally to a spotless finish with no smears and no ladders leaning against your home. Our vans carry both hot and cold systems, which means even long neglected windows come up beautifully.

Common questions about window cleaning in Chipping Campden
My property is down an alleyway with nowhere to park. Is that a problem?
Not at all. A great many Campden properties are tucked away, and we are thoroughly used to it. Our equipment comes to you on foot where it needs to.
Do you clean listed buildings?
Regularly. Much of our Campden work is on listed stone property. We clean from the ground with pure water, so nothing rests against the building, and our team is experienced with leaded and sash windows.
Which villages around Campden do you cover?
Mickleton, Weston Subedge, Blockley and Ebrington among others, along with the wider north Cotswolds. If you are near Campden, do ask.
Do I need to be at home?
Not provided we can reach the windows. We clean from the ground, so there is no need to let anyone into your home. If your property is gated we will agree access with you beforehand.
